Michigan artist Pryka
has plenty of loose tracks
and singles on his SoundCloud,
but his newest offering,
Velvet Box EP,
is the first time
we've seen his work compiled.
At five songs in length,
it is a thrown together compilation,
self-described as
“a bunch of rough mixes
and bits.”
The songs are tongue-twisting
blends of originality,
complete with the audio rip
of his Sofar Sounds performance
of the unreleased song “Island”.
